Scott + Scott, LLC confirms that on September 8, 2005, Host America Corporation received notice that the Nasdaq Listing Qualification Panel has determined to delist the Company's common stock and warrants from the Nasdaq Stock Market, effective with the open of business on September 12, 2005, under Nasdaq Marketplace Rules 4300 and 4330.

TOKYO (AP) - Japanese software company Access Co., maker of the NetFront Internet browser for mobile devices, said Friday it has agreed to buy PalmSource Inc., maker of the Palm operating system for handheld computers and cell phones, for $324 million in cash.Access is offering $18.50 for each share of PalmSource common stock, an 83 percent premium to the stock's Thursday closing price of $10.09
